What is the cost?
We are offering 2 plans with 3 payment options each, for those who wish to join the Collectors’ Circle. All memberships are annual subscriptions that will auto-renew each year, with the exception of gift memberships, which will last only one year, unless other arrangements are made. You have the following payment options to choose from:
VIP Collectors’ Circle – an assortment of Pearl and Maude items and Teale Hatheway originals
- Make a one-time payment of $450 for your membership, which offers the best pricing for your subscription. Membership renews annually.
- Choose to make installment payments of $39.99/month (under $480 annually, paid in 12 installments).
- Give the Collectors’ Circle as a gift for a one-time payment of $450. Gift memberships will not renew unless arrangements are made with us.
- All shipping and handling charges are included in the cost of memberships.
VIP GOLD Collectors’ Circle – quarterly Teale Hatheway originals in addition to Pearl and Maude items
- Make a one-time payment of $700 for your membership, which offers the best pricing for your subscription. Membership renews annually.
- Choose to make installment payments of $59.99/month (under $720 annually, paid in 12 installments).
- Give the Collectors’ Circle as a gift for a one-time payment of $700. Gift memberships will not renew unless arrangements are made with us.
- All shipping and handling charges are included in the cost memberships.
Can I purchase the Collectors’ Circle as a gift?
Yes! A Collectors’ Circle membership is a fantastic and fun gift for the Pearl and Maude and Teale Hatheway aficionados in your life, and for anyone else you think would love Teale’s work. The recipient will be notified of your gift via email upon initial purchase. The cost of a Gift membership is $450 or $700 (depending on your membership level selection) and is payable in one installment. Gift memberships will not auto-renew.
As a member, what will I receive?
Four times a year, limited edition Pearl and Maude and Teale Hatheway creations will be delivered to your home. GOLD members will receive Teale Hatheway originals quarterly, in addition to Pearl and Maude items. We can’t reveal just yet what each item will be, but packages will include unique beauties such as original art, limited edition prints, pretty silk scarves, accessory trays, handsome coasters, playful beach towels, and more! All the offerings will be thoughtfully curated and conceived by Teale herself, and when appropriate, each one will be hand-signed and embellished by the artist. They will be fun, collectible, and designed to delight each time a new package arrives!
Your Collectors’ Circle membership year begins the day you purchase your subscription, and will include 4 packages that are planned to ship within your active membership term. In other words, if you join after our first (or 2nd, 3rd, or 8th etc.,) limited edition item has already shipped, you will not be eligible to receive any previously offered item(s), but you will be sent the next 4 upcoming items planned for the Collectors’ Circle after you have purchased your subscription.
When will my goodies ship?
We will ship packages to current members every 3 to 4 months, four times a year.
When do you charge my credit card?
Purchases of the one-time payment annual $450 or $700 memberships will be charged on the date your purchase is made, and again on the date of your one-year anniversary for each subsequent year. The Collector’s Circle will notify you in advance of your card being charged prior to your one-year anniversary.
If you choose to pay via monthly installments, your card will be charged each month on the day you became a member, UNLESS you joined on either the 29th, 30th, or 31st of a month. In this case, you will be charged on the 28th of each month.
Can I cancel?
You can cancel any time. However, recurring memberships are final sales and we are unable to offer refunds. In other words, if you join on November 1, 2013, your membership will end on October 31,2014, WHETHER YOU PAID VIA A ONE-TIME ANNUAL PAYMENT OR VIA MONTHLY PAYMENTS. If you do not cancel, your membership will automatically renew for another year.
Do you offer refunds if I cancel?
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds, whether you’re on the one-time payment or the monthly-payment plan. We base our production on the number of paid members we have. Therefore, refunds would not allow us to create the unique, limited edition, high-quality items that are planned for Collectors’ Circle subscribers.
